Monitor vs Autopilot#
Otomizer has two operating modes. Both use the same keyword matching and lead scoring. The difference is who posts the reply.
Monitor only#
Otomizer finds and scores leads. You review each one and decide whether to reply.
Best for:
- Your first week with Otomizer
- High-stakes groups where every reply matters
- Testing a new persona or keyword set
- Accounts you want to keep completely manual
What you do:
- Check the Leads page for Hot and Warm matches
- Read the AI-drafted reply
- Copy, edit, or ignore
- Post the reply yourself on Facebook
Autopilot#
Otomizer finds leads and posts replies automatically on your behalf.
Best for:
- Established keyword and persona settings you trust
- Groups with steady post volume
- Users who want hands-off prospecting
What Otomizer does:
- Matches posts against your keywords
- Scores intent (Hot / Warm / Cold)
- Generates a reply using your persona and the Marketing Intelligence Layer
- Posts the comment on Facebook after waiting the configured rate limit
[!safety] Autopilot posts from your Facebook account. Start with low daily limits (5 to 10 comments) and increase gradually. See Account Safety.
Side-by-side comparison#
| Monitor | Autopilot | |
|---|---|---|
| Finds leads | Yes | Yes |
| Scores intent | Yes | Yes |
| Drafts replies | Yes | Yes |
| Posts replies | You manually | Otomizer automatically |
| Rate limits | N/A | Configurable |
| Chrome required | Yes (for scanning) | Yes (for scanning and posting) |
Switching modes#
Go to Monitor Config or Settings in the dashboard:
- Find Monitoring Mode
- Select Monitor Only or Auto Comment (Autopilot)
- Save
Changes take effect immediately. Replies already queued follow the mode that was active when they were matched.
What Autopilot does not do#
- Reply to every post in a group (only keyword matches above score 5)
- Drop your brand name unless the post asks for a recommendation
- Include links unless the post explicitly asks for one
- Post when rate limits or safety pauses are active
- Work with Chrome closed
Recommended path#
- Week 1: Monitor only. Read AI drafts. Tune keywords and persona.
- Week 2: Enable Autopilot with low limits (5 to 10 comments/day).
- Week 3+: Increase limits if reply quality and account health look good.
